WEATHERFORD, Okla. –The Grizzlies finished their series with two seven inning games today against Southwest Oklahoma State University Bulldogs.
Game 1: Bulldogs 9- Grizzlies 4
Offensive the Grizzlies struggled to get anything going. They amounted two hits in the seven innings.
Colton Goldfarb and
Ramon Ramirez each had a hit today. They put across four runs in the top of the seventh inning.
Matt Bathauer was handed the loss for the Grizzlies. The Grizzlies gave up two runs in the first, one run in the second and third, two runs in the fourth, a run in the fifth and two runs in the sixth.
Game 2: Bulldogs 11- Grizzlies 2
The Grizzlies only scored two runs on nine hits in the second game of the double header. The Grizzlies got down early giving up four runs in the bottom of the second.
Orlando Romero hit a solo home run in the top of the fourth inning before the Bulldogs scored seven unanswered runs. The Grizzlies got their second run on a double by
Chris Gracia.
Cesar Loma was handed the loss for the Grizzlies.
