Box Score 2 ALAMOSA, Colo.—The Regis Rangers escaped the ASU Softball Field with a series sweep on Sunday as they took both games of the second twin bill by scores of 5-0 and 14-0.
GAME 1: Regis 5, Adams State 0
The Grizzlies struggled to get anything going offensively as forced Kylie Harpman to hurl just 78 pitches in a seven-inning complete game shutout.
Jade Garbiso pitched a complete game but unfortunately four defensive errors hurt the Grizzlies as they surrendered two runs in the second one run in the sixth and two in the seventh.
GAME 2: Regis 14, Adams State 0 (5 inn.)
The second game was the same as the first as four errors doomed the Grizzlies defensively. Regis scored in every inning with five runs crossing in the fifth inning to seal the game.

The Grizzlies, now 3-10 overall and 0-4 in the RMAC, return to action on Saturday when they hit the road to Durango to take on the Fort Lewis Skyhawks. Doubleheaders are set for 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.
