ALAMOSA, Colo. — The Adams State Grizzlies continued their weekend on the road against the Westminster Griffins.
The first period began and the Griffins came to play. The Griffins' offense was on fire as they scored 12 goals in the first period. The Grizzlies were able to have one shot on goal in the first period, but the Griffins' goalkeeper was able to make the save.
The Grizzlies turned up their defense in the second period. The Griffins scored three goals, which made the score going into halftime, 15-0. This continued into the third and fourth period as the final score was 23-0.
Up next, the Grizzlies play at home against Fort Lewis College on March 30th.
