ALAMOSA, Colo. — The Adams State Grizzlies continued on the road this weekend against a conference foe. The Westminster Griffins hosted the Grizzlies in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Grizzlies, who are currently 1-5, we're looking to get another win on the road. The Griffins however were working hard to not allow that. The Griffins' offense was very dominant as they scored ten unanswered goals. The Grizzlies answered back in the 2nd period when
Josh Boonshaft scored making the score 10-1. The Griffins then responded with 3 more goals making the score going into halftime 13-1.
After half the Griffins came out and scored six more goals. The Grizzlies scored again in the fourth period as
Connor Anderson scored with an assist from
Kyle Coking. The Grizzlies lost to the Griffins 23-2.
