Adams State Women's Volleyball Team was named a recipient for the 2023-2024 AVCA Team Academic Award, presented by the American Volleyball Coaches Association Thursday. 

The Grizzlies earned the award after maintaining a year long combined team GPA of 3.3 or higher on the 4.0 scale. Adams State joins 147 Division II Women's programs and is 1 of 9 RMAC schools that received the honor. 

This is the seventh time that the Grizzlies have been honored and the first time since their back-to-back stints in 2020 and 2021.
