With the fall approaching, Adams State University Grizzly Club has launched its 2024-2025 membership drive.
"We are so incredibly proud of everything that our student-athletes, teams, coaches, and staff have accomplished this year," said Katelyn Smith, athletic director. "We cannot wait to see what this next year brings for the Grizzlies after accomplishing so much this past year."
The Grizzlies' first home events are scheduled for September 7: The football team takes on Western New Mexico University at 6 p.m., and the USTFCCCA Division II Women's Program of the Year hosts the 31st running of the Joe I. Vigil Invitational at 8:30 a.m. at the Cattails Golf Course.
Volleyball opens at home on September 11 against Texas A&M University-Kingsville at 6 p.m.
Women's Soccer begins their season on the road, before opening their season at home on September 13 taking on West Texas A&M University at 3:00 p.m.Â
Men's Soccer follows in the women's teams footsteps and will open their home schedule on September 21, at 10:00 a.m.
"The opportunities that the Grizzly Club affords to our student-athletes are vital to the success of the programs and we appreciate the generous support that we have received through the years," said Smith.
The Grizzly Club has introduced a new membership level, Young Alumni, for those who have graduated within the last five years. Benefits include Grizzly Club Luncheons, Social Event Invitations, and an All Sport Season Pass.
