Colorado Springs, Colo. – Three Adams State football players were named to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Honorable Mention list, as announced by the conference Friday morning.
Maxime Anum,
Braden Biller and
Mafileo Tupou earned recognition for their performances this season.
Offensive lineman Maxime Anum appeared in 10 games for the Grizzlies after transitioning from the defensive line during the 2024 season. Anum was a bright spot on a young offensive front that helped Adams State maintain steady production throughout the fall.
Punter Braden Biller was a standout on special teams all season. He averaged 40.7 yards per punt and totaled more than 2,570 yards across 60 attempts. Biller recorded 14 punts of 50-plus yards, pinned 19 inside the 20-yard line and delivered a season-long boot of 91 yards.
Inside linebacker Mafileo Tupou started all 10 games he appeared in, anchoring the middle of the Grizzlies' defense. He totaled 83 tackles, including 50 solo stops, and added 6.0 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and two interceptions. Tupou also recorded a season-high 16 tackles in a single game, underscoring his impact as one of the unit's most reliable playmakers.
Together, Anum, Biller and Tupou proved to be steady difference-makers all fall, earning well-deserved acknowledgment from the conference.
