Caylie Eiguren Named to RMAC All-Academic First Team; Three Grizzlies Earn Honor Roll Recognition

Colorado Springs, Colo. – Adams State catcher Caylie Eiguren has been named to the 2025 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) All-Academic First Team, the league office announced Tuesday morning. The sophomore from Broomfield, Colo. boasts a perfect 4.00 GPA while majoring in Elementary Education.

Eiguren has been a cornerstone behind the plate for the Grizzlies this season, showcasing her leadership on defense and consistent presence at the plate. Appearing in 52 games for the Grizzlies and recording a batting average of .324, she recorded three home runs on 44 hits. 

In addition to Eiguren First Team honor, three more Grizzlies were named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll:

To qualify for RMAC All-Academic honors, student-athletes must carry a minimum 3.30 cumulative GPA, have completed at least two semesters at their institution, and be a significant contributor to their team. First Team selections are voted on by the conference's sports information directors, while the Honor Roll is made up of eligible nominees who meet the academic and athletic criteria.
