"Another slow start was the difference for us yet again, they're killing us and we can't continue to have to play catch up every game. Aside from the flat start, we played decent, still a little inconsistent but overall not too bad. We can say we traveled for 15 hours the day before, and that we're not used to the climate but at the end of the day, they're just excuses and none of that matters. I'm pleased we didn't give up and continued to compete, but we just need to be ready to play when the game starts, not when its ten or twenty minutes in." Said Head Coach Jason Levesque after the match up. Adams State will next be in action Sunday against Florida Southern College at 3 p.m. Eastern time.
