"For much of the game, I really liked our compete level. However some timely penalties, timely turnovers really cost us and the teams we play on our schedule will make you pay every time. Whether gaining some momentum of our own or having a chance to halt their scoring runs, we just can't afford those miscues. There were certainly some positives to take out of the game, but unfortunately some negative aspects we've got to clean up as well. Credit to Lindenwood, they're a very well coached and balanced team. If we can continue to compete as we did for a good portion of this game on a more consistent basis, I think we give ourselves an opportunity to get the result we want." said Head Coach Jason Levesque on the outcome of the game. The Grizzlies were lead by Peterman and Stowell who each had two goals in the game, and Betchel and Jones who each tallied one.
Adams State will be on the field next on Thursday April 9
th at Rockhurst University. That game is slated to start at 1:00 pm (Central) Live stats will be available on the Grizzly website.
