John Dewey was once against named the RMAC Offensive Player rof the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
Dewey was a force on offense for the Grizzlies as he led them to a 2-0 weekend at home with a total of 52 points scored against Regis and Colorado Christian. Against Regis, he had a game-high 32 points on 13-21 shooting for 61.9%. He also shot 2-5 for 40% from three-point range.
The following night against CCU, Dewey was once again the game-high scorer with 20 points on 8-19 shooting to finish with a 42.1 shooting percentage. He also grabbed five boards and dished out three assists. For the weekend he played 68 total minutes, averaged 26 points per game, and shot an average of 52.5% from the floor.
The Grizzlies will close out their final home games of the regular season this weekend against Dixie State and Westminster College. They take on the Trailblazers on Friday, Feb. 15 and the Griffins on Saturday, Feb. 16.
