Colorado Springs, Colo. – Adams State swim team competed on Saturday in a dual meet against Colorado College at Schlessman Natatorium.

Women's Events

• 1000-yard Free: Kennedy Larson and Jenna Lang third and fourth, respectively,  finishing with times of 12:24.12 and 13:18.69

• 50-yard Free: Jocelyn Jones finished tied for third, with a time of 26.49.

• 100-yard Free: Jocelyn Jones and Brenna Otteman finished third, and fourth, respectively, with times of 59.11 and 1:02.73.

• 500-yard Free: Emily Markle finished third, with a time of 5:49.68.

• 200-yard Breast: Anjali Friedman and Brianna Uhrig finished third, and fourth, respectively, with times of 2:38.39 and 2:40.36

• 200-yard Free Relay: Adams State's A team, consisting of Lena Brown, Anjali Friedman, Emily Markle, and Jocelyn Jones finished with a time of 1:50.09 taking third place in the event.

Men's Events

• 400-yard Medley Relay: Adams State's A team, consisting of Ben Brewer, Mohamed Abujiba, Devin Walters, and Brayden Stalcup, finished with a time of 3:43.61 taking third place in the event.

• 1000-yard Free: Ricky Santiago finished third, with a time of 12:52.25.

• 200-yard Free: Adams State showed well, taking three of the top six spots. Brayden Stalcup, Devin Walters, and George Lutkenhaus took third, fourth, and sixth, respectively, finishing with times of 1:54.18, 1:55.21, and 1:57.90.

• 50-yard Free: Landon Brewer and Ricky Santiago finished third, and fourth, respectively, with times of 22.66 and 24.32.

• 100-yard Free: Mohamed Abujiba and George Lutkenhaus finished second, and fourth, respectively, with times of 49.42 and 51.33

• 200-yard Back: Devin Walters, and Ben Brewer finished third, and fourth, respectively, with times of 2:09.51 and 2:13.55.

• 500-yard Free: Landon Brewer finished second, with a time of 5:09.47

• 200-yard Breast: Mohamed Abujiba finished second, with a time of 2:18.05.

• 200-yard Free Relay: Adams State's A team, consisting of Landon Brewer, George Lutkenhaus, Brayden Stalcup, and Mohamed Abujiba, finished with a time of 1:31.61 taking third in the event.

The Grizzlies will compete next in Fremont, Neb., at the Dillon Family Aquatic Center, in the Midland Invitational Meet. The meet will take place Thursday, December 5, through Saturday, December 7.
