Alamosa, Colo. – Adams State placed four student-athletes on the RMAC Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic First Team, while 16 Grizzlies earned Academic Honor Roll recognition.
Leading the way for the Grizzlies on the First Team were Maggie McCleskey, Lauren Ocampo and Haley Harkrider on the women's side, while Juan Rosales represented the men's team.
McCleskey earned RMAC Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic First Team honors for the third time in her career. The senior from Louisville, Colorado, was a two-time All-American at the 2026 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships and carries a 3.99 GPA in biology.
Ocampo, a junior from Las Cruces, New Mexico, was named to the First Team for the second consecutive year. The Adams State record holder and RMAC silver medalist in the javelin owns a 3.94 GPA in kinesiology and also serves as a captain for the Grizzly women's soccer team.
Harkrider earned her first RMAC All-Academic First Team selection after finishing eighth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships to earn First Team All-America honors. The junior from Richmond, Texas, carries a 3.63 GPA in business administration.
Rosales was the lone men's representative on the First Team. The senior from Murrieta, California, posted a 3.79 GPA in sociology and a 3.77 GPA in MBA business administration while earning two Second Team All-America honors at the NCAA championships.

Women's Academic Honor Roll: Addison Eyre (sophomore, kinesiology), Jazmin Estrada (junior, kinesiology), Marie Garret (junior, kinesiology), Clara Keddy (junior, English) and Maya Kronberg (sophomore, kinesiology).
Men's Academic Honor Roll: Ryan Chacon (junior, business administration), Wyatt Dirkes (sophomore, kinesiology), Housem Hrabi (junior, kinesiology), Oisin Lynch (sophomore, kinesiology), Gabe Onelio (sophomore, interdisciplinary studies), El-Mir Reale (sophomore, sports psychology) and Micah Swann (junior, business administration).
