Alamosa, Colorado– The Adams State University volleyball team (14-13, 10-8 RMAC) looks to avenge last year's RMAC Tournament game that they let slip away against the exact same team on Tuesday. Colorado Mines (23-4, 17-1 RMAC) will again host Adams State in a seven vs two seed matchup, the same seeding as last season. The match will begin tomorrow at 7:00PM.
Recently In Adams State Volleyball:
The Grizzlies defeated CSU-Pueblo and Western State last weekend by a combined score of 6-1 to clinch a spot in the RMAC Tournament.
Mallory Grimsrud was also named RMAC Offensive Player of the Week hitting .396 and totaling 27 kills.
About Colorado Mines:
The Orediggers won both meetings this season 3-1 and 3-0. In fact, they have won the last seven meetings dating back to the 2013 RMAC Tournament. Mines won a share of the regular season RMAC volleyball championship this year along with Regis. Both will be heavy favorites at the tournament.
