ALAMOSA, Colo. – The Adams State Women's swim team has their second home meet against the Western State University Mountaineers on Saturday Nov. 7.
This dual is the second meet of the season for Adams State. Western in coming in to the dual with a record of 1-2. The Mountaineers have faced Colorado State University-Pueblo, Colorado Mesa University, and Colorado School of Mines. Western State's one win is against CSU-P, 134-84.
Both the Grizzlies and Mountaineers fell to Colorado Mesa University. Western State lost 189-61. The Grizzlies fell 161-44. Last season the Grizzlies fell to the Mountaineers 126-77.
Adams State hopes to change the tides from last season. The Grizzlies will look to sophomore,
Megan Dudden, who finished in the top three in all of her events against Colorado Mesa University. The Grizzlies will also look to
Claudia Garcia and
Paige McCaskill, who also had a good showing last meet.
The Grizzlies will dive in at 12p.m. on Saturday. The events and line up are listed below:
