ALAMOSA, Colo. – The Adams State Grizzlies will take on Fort Lewis College and Metropolitan State University of Denver this week. Furthermore, on Friday, October 22nd, the Metro State game will be senior night for the Grizzlies.
Up first for the Grizzlies is Fort Lewis College. This game is slightly different from most games as the Grizzlies are playing on Wednesday instead of the usual weekend games schedule. Also, this game is at 3:00 p.m. Fort Lewis College is currently 6-6-1 overall, with an RMAC conference record of 3-3-0. Fort Lewis is now coming off of a two-game win streak. They most recently beat the University of Colorado Colorado Springs 4-3. In the last matchup with the Grizzlies, Fort Lewis beat Adams State 2-0. This time, the Grizzlies are looking to reverse the score and end the game with a win.
Then, on Friday, October 22nd, the Adams State Grizzlies play Metropolitan State University of Denver. This game will be the Grizzlies' senior night game. The Roadrunners are currently 5-8-1 overall, with a conference record of 2-4-0. The Roadrunners are on a one-game win streak, and the Grizzlies are hoping to end it.
