ALAMOSA, Colo. – The Women's swim team will be heading to Western Colorado University to compete on Saturday, December 4th.
The Grizzlies have recently competed against Western earlier on November 13th but were not able to come out on top. The Grizzlies lost 158-89. The final score doesn't reflect the meet properly, as many Grizzly swimmers put on a great performance. Anjali Friedman,
Kyler James, Hope Christensen, and Peyton Schwartz are just a few swimmers who placed first.
Western is currently coming off of a great meet at Colorado Mesa University. They completed the our-day meet in fourth place overall with 368 points. Overall, they are 3-3 on the season. Western is currently undefeated at home, 1-1 away and 1-2 at neutral sites.
Up next for the Adams State Women's swim team is a meet at Colorado College in Colorado Springs on Saturday, December 11th. The Men's team will also be at attendance for this meet as they too compete. This will be their first competition against another team since November 6th.
