WWRES| Holland makes Grizzly history

ALAMOSA, Colo. – Adams State University women's wrestling continues to see historic firsts as this week the Grizzlies saw individual history made for the Grizzlies as freshman Austria Holland became the first ASU Grizzly to be ranked.
 
The Open Mat has released NCAA women's wrestling rankings and for the freshman is ranked No. 11 at 116 pounds.
 
So far this season Holland is 4-0 on the season with two falls and two technical falls. She has also earned on RMAC Wrestler of the Week award from the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC).
 
Holland and the Grizzlies will be back in action next Friday when they travel to Colorado Mesa for a RMAC dual.
