COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — On Wednesday afternoon the 2025-26 ROcky Mountain Athletic Conference Women's Wrestling Awards and All-Conference selections were announced. For the Grizzlies, they were awarded All-Conference recognition for three women who were all selected to the Second Team All-RMAC team. The three women were, Junior Mia Siqueriros at 103lbs.; Junior McKenna Hendrickson at 138lbs.; and Freshman Dakota Hull at 145lbs.
Junior Mia Siqueriros's Second Team All-RMAC selection comes after she finished second at the RMAC Championships. Siqueriros lost to Brianna Vollendroff in a hard fought championship match where she fell to a 10-4 decision. Junior McKenna Hendrickson also finished second at the RMAC Championships to secure her Second Team selection. Hendrickson secured two dominating wins at the Championships before falling in a tough championship match where she fell 11-0 to secure her silver medal. For the Freshman Dakota Hull, she also secured a silver medal at RMAC Championships. Hull advanced to the final with a dominating win before falling to the RMAC Wrestler of the Year in Live Weiber. All three women will look to continue their outstanding wrestling as they gear up for regionals this upcoming weekend.
Regionals for the Grizzlies will be held over two days starting this Saturday, February 21st, and concluding on the 22nd. The NCAA Women's Wrestling Region VI Championship will be held in St. Charles, Missouri, and will determine who gets a bid to the NCAA Division II National Tournament. With three silver medal finishes in the RMAC Championships, the Grizzlies will look to continue their outstanding wrestling, and look to secure themselves a spot in the National Tournament here in just a couple of weeks at the beginning of March.
